The Mirage Quattro™ full face cushion is a replacement seal for the ResMed Mirage Quattro full face style of CPAP mask for sleep apnea therapy. This cushion seal covers both the nose and mouth allowing you to breathe through either. The full face cushion attaches to the mask frame and is held in place by a green clip (included). Although the Mirage Quattro™ is an older generation of the ResMed full face mask family it still remain as one of the best selling and top rated CPAP masks on the market.
The average life span of a CPAP mask cushion is typically 3-6 months if taken care of properly with daily cleaning. For those that are not diligent about removing the facial oils and dirt from their mask it may only last 1-3 months. A good sign that it may be time to replace your seal will be a yellowing in color from it's original clear color or failure to maintain a seal even after proper cleaning.
